Drs. Carol and Chip Bleam are dedicated to helping their patients become pain-free and teaching them how they can stay that way.
Dr. William "Chip" Bleam
Dr. Chip will use his background in exercise science and chiropractic to help you to get out of pain quickly. During your treatment in the office he will also teach you how you can use at home exercise to treat your current pains, but how to use those exercises to prevent your pain from coming back.
Dr. Bleam is a 2002 graduate of New York Chiropractic College, where he earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree. Prior to enrolling in New York Chiropractic College, Dr. Bleam graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelors of Science degree in Fitness Management. Dr. Bleam engages in constant pursuit of continuing education in the fields of chiropractic and physical therapy. He has completed additional course work in Graston Technique, Functional Dry Needling, The Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Functional Movement Screen (FMS), McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT), FAKTR as well as courses taught by Dr. Stuart McGill and Dr. Craig Liebenson.
Dr. Bleam will use bits and pieces from each and every one of those courses to prepare a personalized care plan for you. He understands that you will need your own unique treatment plan to get back to doing the things that you love as quickly as possible.
Dr. Carol Bleam
Dr. Carol has a plan to help you get out of pain quickly. It all begins with sitting with you to ask questions and listen to your story.
She knows that you are an individual, and will treat you accordingly. She will then sit down with you to discuss the best treatment plan to help you get relief.
She truly cares for her patients and strongly believes in open lines of communication between all treating physicians. Each patient has unique needs and collaboration between all doctors and the patient is essential for a successful recovery.
Dr.Bleam earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree as a 2003 magna cum laude graduate of New York Chiropractic College. She received her Bachelors of Science degree from Loyola College in Maryland (now called Loyola University) and continues to pursue various continuing education in the fields of chiropractic and physical therapy. She is trained in the Graston Technique® for soft tissue injuries and enjoys learning about back pain and “core” stabilization as taught by Dr. Stuart McGill and Dr. Craig Liebenson.
