Do You Move Enough? Here Is An Easy Way To Move More!


We all need to move more! End of story! We can all go home now! But seriously, we all know that we should be doing as much as we can to move more throughout the day, but for most Americans it is very difficult to find/make the time to do it. Remember that our exercise does not need to come in 30 minute increments. It can come in spurts throughout the day. Everyone has heard that we should take the stairs, or park our car at the end of the parking lot and walk into the store, but there are countless other ways that you can alter your day to increase your activity levels.

Recently, the World Health Organization (WHO) published a great infographic that demonstrates a great way to make some changes in your daily activities to increase how much exercise you get throughout the average day.

It could add a couple of years to your life,
and even make those years more enjoyable!
