We need to take a break. Everyone needs a break from time to time. Most of us run ourselves ragged all year long, then think that we can make up for completely draining our batteries by taking a week off. Some of us recharge our batteries by sitting on a beach, and some love to relax by the lake, and some like to take a cruise. Regardless of how you choose to recharge your batteries, it is important to do just that! The hard part is that we can't always run away!

So what can else can you do to restore your energy? For some people taking a nap would do it. For others, it might be sitting on their deck and reading a book or drinking a cup of coffee. It could be something as simple as going for a hike with the family.
