Do you get enough sleep? I'm willing to bet that you don't! Most people get enough sleep to survive from day to day, but typically do not get enough sleep to thrive. Would you rather SURVIVE or THRIVE?

There are several keys to getting successful, restorative sleep. Here are a couple that I think are very important.

1) Establish Bedtime and Wake Time - AND be consistent with it!

2) Shoot for a minimum of 7 hours per night - NOT averaging 7 hours per night (There is a big difference!)

3) Keep your bedroom cool! (Make sure it is dark and quiet too, but that goes without saying. Right?)

4) Remove all the screens from your room! That means no TV, no computer, no cell phone...

Give these a shot for a couple of weeks and let me know which habits you are successful with!
