It is very difficult to make time for yourself! I can tell you that I have walked a mile in those moccasins! Between the hours in the office, spending time with Dr. Carol and the kids, and the other chores around the house, it is very difficult to make the time in my schedule to take time for myself. You will notice I said "make" time, because there is no way that you will simply "find" time in your schedule. I am sure that you know how that feels. We must realize that in order to help all of the other people who want/need your help, you must first make sure that you are helping yourself. This is your chance!

In March, we will be adding two new classes to the Freedom Strength schedule! These classes will be focused on teaching people the best strategies for adding strength and mobility training to their current routine. The new classes will be offered on Monday and Wednesday at 5:00 PM and on Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00 AM. We will continue to hold classes on Monday and Wednesday at 6:15 AM and 6:15 PM and also Tuesday and Friday at lunchtime. Each of these classes has at least one opening, so this is your chance to make a change in your life!
