Thanksgiving Plans Are A Little Different This Year, But Somethings Should Stay The Same.
Last week, we talked about the decision that we made about our Thanksgiving plans. This week I want to get a little more specific about what we will be doing while we sit around the table. No matter who you spend Thanksgiving with, I would love it if you took time while at the table to ask the other people around your table one simple question. Every night around our dinner table we always ask "What are you grateful for today?" This Thanksgiving will be no exception!
Despite all the chaos in the world right now, we all have a lot to be grateful for. At times, it may not feel like we do. If we spend all of our time focused on the chaos of 2020, we will miss out on the positive changes that have happened this year.
Here is a quick list of things that I have been grateful for in 2020!
1) Only missing one dinner (with good reason) with my family since the onset of the pandemic.
2) Our patients and the fact that they voted us Best Chiropractic Office In Carroll County in 2020.
3) Life "slowing down" and allowing us to focus on the things that are the most important to our family.
4) Our Support Network who have always been there when we needed them throughout the chaos of this year - Family, Friends, Neighbors, Co-workers, Coaches, Teachers, etc.
5) Our Health
While gatherings may be a little smaller this year, take a minute while sitting around the table to share your list with your family. You might be surprised what your family is thankful for!
Happy Thanksgiving!
