We are going to be rolling out a new program to help you with your New Year's Resolutions! We all know that the Holiday Season is BUSY and we often lose sight of our health and fitness goals, but Dr. Carol and I want to help you get back on track! We will be putting together a VERY small group (4 people MAX) fitness class that we will host in the evenings at Freedom Chiropractic & Rehab! When was the last time that you exercised while being supervised by your doctor? Yeah, me either... We are intentionally keeping the class size small because we want to be able to provide the most personalized instruction. The first session will consist of 8, 45-60 minute classes in total and we will meet 2 times per week for 4 weeks. The course will involve education and exercise during each session. We
will focus on training with kettlebells and bodyweight exercises that will be effective (and safe) regardless of your current fitness level!
