What have you learned in the last 2 weeks? Have you picked up any new skills? Are you keeping up with your New Years Resolutions?  It is so important to continually strive for growth in our lives. We cannot become complacent. Complacency will lock us in our comfort zone. And there is no magic in our comfort zone!



Let me tell you a little story about 6 people who have stepped out of their comfort zone and have been learning new skills over the past 2 weeks! They have not only been learning new skills but also applying them at least twice per week. These people have been spending 2 hours per week in our office as a part of the Freedom Kettlebell Club! During the past 2 weeks, they have been learning how to safely use a kettlebell as part of a training program. They have done deadlifts, goblet squats, shoulder presses, cleans, and kettlebell swings (which are my FAVORITE)! I recently shot a quick video about the first 2 weeks of the FKC.
