This week, one question keeps popping up in the office... Unfortunately, to be totally honest, it is one that I am not really qualified to answer! So many people have asked me what we should be doing to prevent contracting the coronavirus (COVD 19).
I understand public health and can make suggestions, but disease prevention is not my specialty. If I have learned one thing over my almost twenty years in practice it is to "stay in your lane." I know what I do well, and I know what is not my jam. Public health is not in my wheelhouse, but I wanted to just provide a couple simple things that you can do to limit the likelihood of spreading COVID 19.
Get 8 Hours of Sleep
Eat Good Food
Wash Your Hands
Stay Home (If you are sick)
These should be pretty self-explanatory and pretty simple. So focus on these 4 simple concepts instead of focusing on the coronavirus!
